Progressive Speakers is affiliated with
Toastmasters International, the
world’s leading organization devoted to improving the communication and
leadership skills of individuals just like you.
Our club has been in existence for 29 years in El Cajon. We attract all age
groups with backgrounds from all walks of life. We meet each Monday, 7:00 PM
until 9:00, to learn and practice the techniques of effective public
speaking. We prepare and deliver formal speeches on subjects of our own
choosing. Being a regular member enhances our listening and evaluation skills.
Our goal is to gain personal confidence that will help when speaking to one
person or a thousand.
